Born in 1960 in Germany, the artist developed her talent at the age of 10 with small, experimental paintings. She soon discovered her passion for photography, which she further developed into an abstract and self-creating art form after her studies. Her impressions and experiences while traveling abroad revitalized her artistic horizon for a new first-class style. At several exhibitions Monika Reimann has shown her photographic artworks and encouraged the viewer to dream and linger.
Her love belongs to the creation of the new, which comes from letting go of natural and physical elements. When the focus is no longer on the ordinary, but on the invisible, the viewer can dive into a mystical and stimulating world. In this way, her art finds its own way and is not afflicted with boundaries. Where the path leads her always remains an exciting and unpredictable creation for Monika Reimann.
