James Patmore joins ucp morgen as Vice President Sales & Business Development
Vienna (pts043/14.06.2004/16:42) James will be responsible for managing ucp morgen's sales, marketing and business development divisions based in the US and Europe. James has thirteen years commercial experience working in the telecommunications, digital/cable TV and Internet industries.
Prior to ucp morgen, James worked at O2 UK, where as Head of Business Development, Data Products, he was responsible for the P&L of the consumer value added services business, which included MMS VAS, SMS VAS, Mobile Video and Charging and Payments.
Prior to O2, James was Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Vitaminic Spa, here he managed the sales division across Europe and in the US; he also set up and managed Vitaminic Mobile a division focused on selling mobile music and video services to Mobile Network Operators; during this time James was part of the roadshow presentation team which took Vitaminic through a successful floatation on the Italian stock exchange in 2000.
Prior to Vitaminic, James held a number of positions in BT plc. Whilst Commercial Director, BT Europe, he launched an ISP in Italy, he was also part of the start up team for LineOne a consumer ISP joint venture with News International, he was in charge of programme licensing in BT Cable TV Services, and also ran the content team in BT Internet and Multimedia.
