Extrafin SpA: Opificio 4.0 ready to implement its activities

"OPIFICIO 4.0 SRL" with registered office in Milan and operating offices in Terranuova Bracciolini (AR), after 4 months of discussions, has decided to implement its core activities through the acquisition of the Commercial Department of Extrafin SpA, a company listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, dealing specifically with further development of the activities already carried out and boosting the growth of the sales network including the opening of branches throughout the national territory.

Opificio 4.0 is an unique Incubator and Accelerator in the Italian scene: composed of entrepreneurs with great experience and over thirty Innovation Managers registered in Ministry of Economic Department register as well as numerous TEMs (Temporary Export Managers), it bases its effectiveness not only on the competence acquired during the planning phases, but also on the entrepreneurial experience gained in the field and during the construction of a network between the various companies and incubated projects.

"There are already 500 'incubated companies' to which to propose all the characteristic activities made available by Extrafin SpA", says Aldo Cossa, founder and legal representative of the Incubator.

"The involvement of Opificio 4.0 and the integration of its current Managers into the Organization Chart of our company", says Luigi Romano, sole director of Extrafin SpA, "will allow the Company to implement that business plan whose implementation has been greatly slowed down by the pandemic period now, hopefully, passed".

Fintech, in various forms, will therefore continue to represent the core business of the Extrafin group, which already makes use of the Partnership with the most important operator in the sector; soon the extrafunding.it platform, by Opstart, will be ready to welcome the first campaigns in the world of technological innovation.
