Extrafin SpA: Request for removal from the list of crowdfunding service providers accepted

Following the request for cancellation from the Register of Crowdfunding Service Providers, CONSOB, with resolution no. 22292 of 06.04.2022, accepts the Extrafin spa request, thus allowing the Company to activate the Partnership with the most important Italian Crowdfunding portal, Opstart.it, which has started the first aggregation project between players of the Italian crowdinvesting market.

Joining the project therefore gives Extrafin spa immediate access to all Opstart divisions and all their equity, lending and debt crowdfunding portals, with greater potential and benefits than the previous position on the market.

The enhancement of the extrafunding.it brand keep going on and Extrafin spa continues to be active by promoting not only Equity Crowdfunding campaigns, but also Lending campaigns and MiniBond projects, as advisor, with the advantage of deep understanding about operating methods and recruitment criteria of platform managers for having been part of them for three years.
