Extrafin SpA: Extrafin spa signs a partnership with Opstart srl, first Italian equity crowfunding portal

Udine (pta003/29.12.2021/08:00 UTC+1) The Friulian Extrafin Spa, a company specialized in business consultancy, supervised by CONSOB for having been registered on 07th May 2018 as Crowdfunding Services Provider at n.30 of the Register of portal managers, has decided to accept the proposal of the first Italian crowdfunding portal, for collection of capital, owned by the Bergamo-based Opstart Srl.
The partnership will allow Extrafin to make use of a top-level crowdfunding portal manager, with an organization that is among the best in the sector of innovative and sustainable investments; at the same time, Opstart Srl will be able to count on a group of professionals located throughout the country, who are part of the network owned by Extrafin itself.
"In the almost seven years of activity it has been a succession of changes and evolutions necessary to adapt to market changes", says Luigi Romano, Director of Extrafin Spa "and with the entry into force of the new European regulation on Crowdfunding, we had to rethink our business model in order to better face the new challenges of the market".
The agreement with Opstart srl will represent for the Extrafin group a piece of fundamental importance to guarantee its customers an increasingly varied "Fintech" offer full of unique proposals, so as to be able to continue spreading the culture of recourse to risk capital, necessary, if not essential, to meet the SMEs growing need for finance.
