S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG: Dr. Viktoria Kickinger elected as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of S&T

Vienna (pta016/18.01.2011/10:40 UTC+1) In the meeting of the Supervisory Board of 17 January 2011 Viktoria Kickinger has been elected as chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of S&T. As communicated, the predecessor, Andreas Frech, has resigned for personal reasons. He will remain member of S&T's supervisory board. Prof. Dr. Reinhard Moser remains Deputy Chairman.

After holding managing positions at ORF, ÖBB and ÖIAG, Ms. Kickinger headed the general secretary of Österreichische Post AG. She is member of the University Board of Vienna University of Economics and Business, member of the Supervisory Board of Polytec Holding AG as well as founder and managing partner of INARA (Initiative Aufsichtsräte Austria).
