S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG: Interest of an international strategic investor in S&T

Vienna (pta030/25.11.2010/18:00 UTC+1) Among other investors expressing an interest in S&T, KDDI Corporation of Japan ("KDDI") is currently exploring the possibility of an equity capital investment in S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG ("S&T") by way of a capital increase which may result in an aggregate equity ownership of KDDI of up to but in no event more than 29.99% of the issued share capital of S&T (minus any treasury shares held by S&T). The interest of KDDI in making such investment was expressed on a non-binding basis and is among other matters subject to the satisfactory completion of a due diligence on S&T.
