Empire Brand Building AG: New AI initiative ai.urvida enters the next phase

The Empire Brand Building AG announces the establishment of an internal project entity that will serve as a structural vehicle for the conceptual and organizational development of the planned AI platform model "ai.urvida."
The project entity is not an operating company but an internal framework designed to structure the concept, define technical requirements, and coordinate the involvement of potential technology partners. It thus prepares the foundation for the future operational company, which – as previously communicated – is expected to be based in Switzerland.
The main responsibilities of the project entity include building an appropriate organizational structure, developing the technical foundations of the model (including data model, user architecture, and platform structure), preparing a potential joint venture framework with external partners, and defining a scalable development structure for the subsequent phases.
The ai.urvida concept continues to pursue an approach distinct from traditional AI models. Instead of relying on internet data, large libraries, or web scraping, the platform is intended to draw on consciously provided personal content. Only once an individual data basis has been established will the AI be able to reflect, analyze, and interact in a genuinely user-centric manner.
CEO Philip Färfers explains:

It consolidates conceptual structuring, technical preparation, and potential partner integration. The final operational entity will – subject to further planning – be established in Switzerland."
The project remains at an early conceptual stage. The project entity serves exclusively for structural and conceptual preparation; no short-term economic effects are expected.
