Empire Brand Building AG: Joint Venture for New AI Platform Model in Planning

New AI model aims to digitally map personality and serve as the foundation for a dynamic ecosystem.

Empire Brand Building AG has entered the planning phase for a new AI project focused on the digital capture, structuring and utilisation of personal characteristics. The system will rely exclusively on voluntarily provided user data, processed within a secure ecosystem.

During the exploratory and conceptual phase, it became apparent that the underlying infrastructure offers additional application potential beyond the original core idea. While the project is primarily aimed at the digital mapping of personality, the structured collection of individual data also opens up further perspectives such as self-reflection, analysis of personal decision-making processes, or other optional services. These extended perspectives are not part of the core business model but represent potential development paths to be evaluated during the ongoing project work.

The core idea of the platform will not be disclosed in detail at this stage. Following internal analysis and additional market and technology research, Empire Brand Building AG assumes that it represents a novel approach within the AI sector. As the company is entering an AI segment for the first time, the complete model will be presented at a later date.

According to Grand View Research, the global market for AI technologies was valued at approximately USD 279 billion in 2024 and could grow to USD 3.497 trillion by 2033. Personalised digital assistance systems are among the fastest-growing areas within the AI sector, according to various market research institutes (including Growth Market Reports and The Business Research Company).

CEO and Chairman of the Board Philip Färfers explains that the project's core idea—like many developments within the company—originated from a personal experience and was reinforced by clearly observable societal and technological trends. The approach aligns with Empire Brand Building AG's philosophy of not developing isolated standalone products, but instead combining existing technologies and concepts to create a hybrid, new overall offering. In this context, Färfers refers to the iPhone, which was neither the first phone, nor the first camera, nor the first music player, but created an entirely new category by intelligently integrating these functions. The company is pursuing the same integrative approach in the planned AI project.

For this project, Empire Brand Building AG will not pursue the model of a wholly owned subsidiary. The technological complexity, required infrastructure and necessary financial resources make implementation with external partners essential. For this reason, the company is considering the establishment of a joint venture with specialised partners in AI research, software development, data architecture and additional capital providers. Due to regulatory and technological considerations, development is expected to take place in Switzerland.

The project is in an early stage. Empire Brand Building AG plans to begin the main development phase in 2026. A first functional alpha version of the AI application—depending on technical progress and partner involvement—can be expected no earlier than 2027. Further information on partners, technical structure and timeline will be announced in due course.
