Montana Aerospace: Vicky Welvaert Appointed to the Group Management Board of Montana Aerospace

The Board of Directors of Montana Aerospace AG has appointed Vicky Welvaert as a member of the Group Management Board with immediate effect.
In her role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), she will continue to be responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of personnel, ESG, and communications agendas at the group level and will join Kai Arndt and Michael Pistauer on the Group Management Board.

Thanks to her extensive operational experience, she actively drives these areas in a practical and effective way. This makes her the ideal candidate to further strengthen Montana Aerospace. Technical expertise, global leadership experience, and ESG competence
The Belgian-born executive holds a master's degree in electromechanical engineering from Ghent University and brings nearly 30 years of international leadership experience. Among other roles, she worked in operations for the American automotive group General Motors in Belgium and most recently served as CHRO at Asco Industries, a division of Montana Aerospace. Her profile combines technical expertise with comprehensive HR competence.
Since June 1, 2023, Welvaert has been responsible as Group CHRO for strategic and operational topics such as human resources, communications, and ESG. Her close connection to production and understanding of the levers of operational excellence make her a key figure in the company's ongoing transformation.
With this addition to the Group Management Board, Montana Aerospace emphasizes its ambition to continue growing as both a technology leader and a sustainably operating industrial company.
