Zurich/Barcelona (ptp047/20.04.2021/18:00) The artist Daniela Filippelli will be represented in the European art metropolis Barcelona from 2 to 7 may 2021 during the ARTBOX.PROJECT Barcelona 1.0 with two of her expressive artworks. In a prestigious gallery near the Arc de Triomf, she will present her artistic work digitally together with other artists from all over the world.
Using acrylic paint and brushes, the Swiss artist creates works of art that will be memorable thanks to her extravagant colour combinations and strong motifs. With her extraordinary style, she constantly reinvents people, faces and everyday scenes. Particularly striking are the bold brushstrokes with which she decorates her works and gives them their uniqueness. Daniela Filippelli, who also works as a graphic designer in the multimedia sector, wants to use her paintings to challenge viewers to leave the familiar behind and engage in a new experience. With her art, she does not simply convey the image of a face or a person, but also the soul behind this person. Only this insight completes the experience of her works for the viewer.
Filippelli finds her inspiration in her fellow human beings, their experiences and what happens on this earth. Her strong trust in her work and her own behaviour also enable her to go off the beaten tracks in search of her inner self and to transfer these insights to the canvas, making them accessible for the eyes of outsiders.
As part of the ARTBOX.PROJECT Barcelona 1.0, two of Daniela Filippelli's artworks will be opened to the public in the first-class art gallery Valid World Hall. The Valid World Hall is located at Buenaventura Muñoz 6 and will be open from 2 to 7 may 2021 from 10.00 a.m. to 8 p.m. All art lovers are cordially invited to come by and visit the works of Daniela Filippelli in person. In addition to her digitally presented works, her newly published artist catalogue can also be viewed in the gallery. On 24 pages, visitors can delve into Daniela Filippelli's diverse portfolio.
