3U HOLDING AG: Reduction of the forecast for financial year 2026

3U HOLDING AG (ISIN DE0005167902; ticker symbol: UUU) is adjusting its 2026 forecast for consolidated revenue and EBITDA based on the expectations updated today by the Management Board.

For 2026, the targeted figures are expected to be below the originally communicated ranges. Consolidated revenue is expected to be between EUR 48 million and EUR 53 million (previous forecast: EUR 55 million to EUR 60 million). In terms of profitability, the Management Board expects EBITDA to range between EUR 4.0 million and EUR 6.0 million in view of developments in the HVAC segment (previous forecast: EUR 6.0 million to EUR 8.0 million).

The adjustment mainly concerns the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) segment. For this segment, the Management Board now expects revenue of around EUR 28 million (previous expectation: around EUR 35 million) and EBITDA to range between minus EUR 2.0 million and minus EUR 3.0 million (previous expectation: around minus EUR 1.0 million). For the Information and Telecommunications Technology (ITC) and Renewable Energies segments, the expectations communicated to date remain unchanged.

The market environment in the HVAC segment remained strained in the first half of 2026. Contrary to previous assumptions, the effects of the conflict in the Middle East are persisting and are placing an additional burden on consumer behaviour. New residential construction in Germany continues to decline; in addition, demand for modernisation remained subdued against the background of economic uncertainty and the persistent reluctance of private households to spend. This reluctance and the associated low revenue are now also expected for the second half of 2026.

The half-year report will be published on 13 August 2026.
