Stuttgart, 30.09.2024: AVERDION SE (ISIN: DE000A3ESL51) announces that at today's Extraordinary Annual General Meeting the company's management has been reorganized. The shareholders elected Norbert Sipos, Gabriella Czitan and Gabor Varga as new members of the company's Administrative Board. Subsequently, at the first meeting of the Administrative Board, Norbert Sipos was elected as Chairman and Gabriella Czitan as Deputy Chairman. The Administrative Board also appointed Gabor Varga as the new Managing Director of AVERDION SE.
The members of the previous Administrative Board and the previous Managing Director of AVERDION SE have resigned from their positions at the end of todays's Extraordinary Annual General Meeting.
