AVERDION SE: New executive bodies

Stuttgart, 01.06.2026: AVERDION SE (ISIN: DE000A3ESL51) announces that, at today's Annual General Meeting, there were changes to the company's management team. The shareholders elected Beatrix Hofmeister and Zoltan Prutkay as new members of the Administrative Board. Subsequently, at the first meeting of the Administrative, Norbert Sipos was elected Chairman and Beatrix Hofmeister was elected Deputy Chairman. The Administrative Board also appointed Zoltan Prutkay as the new Managing Director of AVERDION SE.
Board members Gabriella Czitan and Gabor Varga stepped down from their positions at the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting. In addition, Mr. Varga stepped down from his position as Managing Director.
