At the 34th Annual General Meeting of Rosenbauer International AG, Martina Scheibelauer and Cornelia Zeinler were newly elected to the Supervisory Board.

At the subsequent inaugural meeting of the Supervisory Board, Gernot Hofer was appointed as the new Chairman of the supervisory body. He succeeds Christian Reisinger, who left the Supervisory Board upon termination of his appointment at the close of the 34th Annual General Meeting. Gernot Hofer has been a member of Rosenbauer's Supervisory Board since 2025. Florian Hutter will serve as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board in future.
