Rosenbauer International AG: Martina Scheibelauer and Cornelia Zeinler newly elected to the Supervisory Board of Rosenbauer International AG

At the 34th Annual General Meeting of Rosenbauer International AG, Martina Scheibelauer and Cornelia Zeinler were newly elected to the Supervisory Board. This appointment is intended to strategically strengthen the board by adding further expertise in financial and business matters.

Martina Scheibelauer has been active as an entrepreneur since 2017 and is the managing partner of an investment and management company. Prior to this, she held senior positions at renowned financial institutions, including UniCredit Bank Austria and Vescore, as well as at international banks such as JPMorgan Chase, Société Générale, and Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich.

Cornelia Zeinler has been a member of the Executive Board of Principal Vermögensverwaltung AG since 2018 and is responsible for the Private Markets division. She previously served as a member of the Group Executive Board and Head of Asset Management, and has a strong background in law and economics.

At the subsequent inaugural meeting of the Supervisory Board, Gernot Hofer was appointed as the new Chairman of the supervisory body. He succeeds Christian Reisinger, who left the Supervisory Board upon termination of his appointment at the close of the 34th Annual General Meeting. Gernot Hofer has been a member of Rosenbauer's Supervisory Board since 2025. Florian Hutter will serve as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board in future.

With the reconstitution of the Supervisory Board, Rosenbauer is placing a clear focus on a balanced combination of international experience, financial expertise, and entrepreneurial know-how.
