Germany, April 24, 2026 – HausVorteil AG generated preliminary revenues of approximately EUR 1.67 million in fiscal year 2025 and reports a net loss of around EUR 4.07 million. The reported net loss is primarily attributable to one-off special effects in connection with the merger with HausVorteil Service GmbH completed in 2025. In particular, losses from merger and transformation amounting to approximately EUR 2.62 million were recognized, which largely reflect the accumulated start-up losses of previous years.
