Today, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bertrandt Aktiengesellschaft, Mr. Dietmar Bichler, informed the Board of Management that he is resigning from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect form the end of June, 30th 2025.

The Supervisory Board and its Personnel Committee (acting as Nomination Committee) will address the succession of Mr. Dietmar Bichler.
