Today, the Presidential and Nomination Committee (PNC) of the Supervisory Board of OMV Aktiengesellschaft (OMV) has decided to recommend to the Supervisory Board of OMV to appoint Emma Delaney as the new Chairwoman of the Executive Board and CEO of OMV as of September 1, 2026 for a three-year period with an extension possibility for further two years subject to mutual consent. The appointment is still subject to the resolution by the Supervisory Board.
