  • The Frequentis AG Supervisory Board has extended the leadership mandate of Chief Financial Officer Peter Skerlan for a further five years, until 15 April 2031
  • Frequentis also received the Technology honour at the CEO & CFO Awards by Deloitte Austria

"Peter Skerlan has been shaping the financial strategy and processes of the Frequentis Group for over 25 years. With his extensive experience, analytical skills, and ability to drive change, he makes a vital contribution to the stability and success of the company. By renewing his mandate at an early stage, we are ensuring continuity in a key area," says Hannes Bardach, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Frequentis AG.

Since April 2021, Skerlan has served as CFO and Executive Board member, overseeing Finance, Human Resources, as well as central services such as IT and Legal.

"The extension of my mandate represents a strong vote of confidence from the Supervisory Board," said Peter Skerlan. "I look forward to continuing to strengthen the financial stability and international growth of Frequentis, and to actively shaping the company's future together with my fellow Executive Board members."

Technology category win at the CEO & CFO Awards

In September, Frequentis also received the CEO/CFO Award. CEO Norbert Haslacher and CFO Peter Skerlan were honoured in the Technology category at the prestigious CEO & CFO Awards, organised by Deloitte, Börse Express, and the CFO Club Austria.

"Frequentis has delivered a remarkable share performance, underpinned by significant growth. And one thing is clear: when order intake exceeds annual revenue, it shows the company is offering the right products. Succeeding in such a highly safety-critical industry is proof of the prudent management and deep expertise of Norbert Haslacher and Peter Skerlan," stated the jury.

Commenting on the award, CFO Peter Skerlan says: "This recognition is a tribute to the successful work of the entire Frequentis team. It underscores our ambition to expand our leading position in our markets through innovation, reliability, and sustainable growth."

A strong message to markets and employees

By extending the CFO's mandate and receiving recognition at the CEO & CFO Awards, Frequentis is sending a clear message: the company combines stability in its Executive Board with innovation and growth on the capital markets.
