On 30 October 2020, the Managing Board of HillValley Square LLP informed the Vienna Stock Exchange about the withdrawal of the USD 30,000,000 2% 10 YEAR DEBENTURES Notes (ISIN GB00BDGMC826) from the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange in accordance with § 10 of the conditions for the operation of the Vienna MTF.
The delisting of the notes is scheduled for 30 November 2020, which will therefore be the last trading day.
