PHOTON ENERGY INVESTMENTS N.V.: First payment of 8% coupon

Amsterdam (pta021/12.06.2013/14:15 UTC+2) Photon Energy Investments is today paying the first coupon for its 8% corporate bond. The bond can still be subscribed to through the issuer and is being traded on Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Since trading started in march the bond price has been stable at around 100 per cent.

Photon Energy Investments, a division of global solar power solutions and services company, Photon Energy N.V., is today paying the first coupon to its corporate bondholders. "By paying a quarterly coupon of 8% we want to send a signal to potential investors that we operate in the "sweet spot" of the solar industry", explained CEO Georg Hotar. "Being able to rely on long term plannable cash-flows allows us to offer investors this interesting coupon", Hotar adds.

The corporate bond with a denomination of 1,000 EUR (ISIN DE000A1HELE2) is being traded on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The bond is also listed on the stock exchanges in Berlin, Hamburg and Hannover. Since its introduction into trading the price of the bond was stable at around 100 per cent (last price 99.50). The proceeds of the issue will be used to expand Photon Energy Investments' international portfolio of PV power plants in carefully selected future growth markets, such as Australia and Turkey.
