Peach Property Group AG (the "Company") announces that it is today inviting the holders of the outstanding CHF 45,974,000 perpetual hybrid bond (ISIN CH0417376040) (the "Bonds"), issued by the Company, to tender their Bonds to the Company for purchase in exchange for cash. The Purchase will be made up to a maximum total amount of CHF 10,000,000.

The purchase will be conducted by means of a "pay-as-bid tender offer" (an individual price allocation procedure, also known as an unmodified reverse Dutch auction). Bondholders may specify, within the price range set out in the terms of the offer, the price at which they are prepared to sell their Bonds to the Company. Where an offer is accepted, the purchase price will correspond to the price specified by the respective bondholder. There will therefore be no uniform purchase price for all accepted Bonds. Once the offer period has expired, the Company will rank the bondholders' offers, starting with the lowest. When accepting the bondholders' offers, the Company will give priority to the most favourable offers and will continue to purchase Bonds until the total purchase amount has been reached.

The offer closes on 17 September 2026 at 12.00 (CEST), unless it is extended, amended or terminated early in accordance with the terms of the offer.

The offer is subject to the terms and conditions of the Information Memorandum to be published today (the "Terms and Conditions of the Offer").
