Frequentis AG was presented with the Global Player Award, a special prize from the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKO). The award was presented on 28 May 2026 by WKO President Martha Schultz during the Exporters' Night.
With the Global Player Award, the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber honours companies that hold a strong position in the global market and serve as role models for other businesses. Key assessment criteria include, amongst others, the company's international footprint, market position, pioneering role in selected markets, export strength, and global presence through overseas branches and partner networks. The number of employees in Austria and abroad is also taken into account.
