- First place in the Mid Cap category once again, following 2022 and 2023
- Vienna Stock Exchange Award recognises Frequentis' successful presence on the capital markets
- Sustained growth since its IPO in 2019
Frequentis has won first place in the Mid Cap category of the Vienna Stock Exchange Award for the third time, following victories in 2022 and 2023. The company impressed the jury with a share price performance of over 160% in the previous year, as well as high scores in the areas of strategy, corporate governance, and investor relations. The award ceremony took place on Thursday evening, 21 May, during a gala event at the Palais Niederösterreich in Vienna. The award was accepted by Monika Haselbacher, Chief Operating Officer of Frequentis.
The Vienna Stock Exchange Award recognises companies that stand out on the capital market – including Frequentis. The award confirms the company's positive performance as well as its transparent and consistent communication with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
"Frequentis is firmly committed to a long-term growth strategy in the market for safety-critical solutions and systems. A strong market position, a broad global customer base, and the continuous development of our product range form the basis for our sustained success – both operationally and on the capital markets," says Frequentis CEO Norbert Haslacher.
For Frequentis, this award marks another milestone. Its sustained performance is evident when looking back at the year leading up to its IPO, which took place in May 2019 at an issue price of EUR 18.00. Comparing 2025 with 2018, the number of employees has increased by 50 per cent and revenue has doubled. EBIT tripled, whilst the share price quadrupled. Market capitalisation now stands at around EUR 1 billion.
This award reflects the increased profile of Frequentis on the capital market. In the 2025 financial year, Frequentis undertook extensive investor relations activities, including numerous investor conferences, virtual roundtables in German and English, and traditional roadshows. The aim is to further strengthen dialogue with private and institutional investors, increase the visibility of Frequentis shares, and build long-term confidence in the company.
