Le Locle (pts005/29.05.2013/07:00) The Board of Directors and Bernard Fleury, Chief Executive Officer, have decided to terminate their collaboration. The Board appreciates the work accomplished these past years by Bernard Fleury. The Chairman Renato A. Vanotti is taking over the CEO's duties ad interim. Daniel Wechsler will take over the position as Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing and Olivier Calame will join the company as Executive Vice President Operations with effect of June 1st. Daniel Wechsler will remain as CEO of Jaermann & Stübi AG.
