Iqoniko, a capital market partner of the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange, announces that it has been mandated by Ausbildung24 GmbH. The engagement covers advising and supporting the company on key matters relating to its further corporate development.
The mandate covers support for the company on capital market matters and structuring, as well as guidance in building and scaling the business.
In the area of capital markets, Iqoniko advises Ausbildung24 GmbH on capital market–related issues. Structuring covers the company's organisational and financial set-up as well as its corporate structure. In addition, Iqoniko supports the further development and scaling of the business, contributing its experience and network.

Ausbildung24 GmbH operates a digital matching platform for apprenticeships. It connects school leavers directly with companies offering apprenticeships, without the traditional, time-consuming application process. Young people use the app to find suitable apprenticeship positions in their region. Companies can post their apprenticeship vacancies and reach potential apprentices directly.
The platform addresses a well-known challenge: businesses are looking for suitable young talent, while school leavers are looking for guidance as they enter working life. The company was founded by Daniel Filipovic and Cengiz Catovic. Mr Catovic is co-founder and Managing Director of Ausbildung24 GmbH.
Iqoniko already works with Daniel Filipovic and his company StudyFriends and holds him in high regard as a founder. The two companies complement each other in their focus. The newly awarded mandate builds on this existing collaboration.
