Comment on revenues
Regarding Icona, as of June 30, 2025, revenues amounted to €1.029.527, down 10% compared to the same period of the previous year. This trend reflects the ongoing transformation of the business model, with a gradual shift in focus towards Service Qube, the company's integrated and multidisciplinary solution with strong advisory and project-driven components. While Service Qube recorded encouraging growth compared to early 2024, it has not yet fully offset the contraction of the legacy solutions Acty and Deskoala, which are experiencing a downsizing phase.
The macroeconomic environment also weighed on performance, with geopolitical uncertainty, weaker industrial investments, and the reduction of public incentives delaying some clients' digitalization decisions. Despite these challenges, the company strengthened its ability to retain high-value customers, an element that reinforces the sustainability of the more established business lines.
Acty recorded a decline due to the expiration of multi-year contracts and the slowdown in the industrial AR market, while Livecare Support confirmed its role as the most stable and resilient line, supported by a solid installed base and recurring revenues. Deskoala continued its repositioning as an integrated module within Service Qube, gaining functional coherence through new AI-based messaging and voice-ticketing features.
Service Qube remains at the core of the development strategy. Although order intake in the first months of 2025 was lower than expected, contracts initiated in late 2024 are contributing to growth, and integration with Sophia AI Enterprise is opening new opportunities, especially among medium and large enterprises.
The semester shows results below expectations but consistent with the strategic transition underway, aimed at structurally reinforcing the company's business model.
Regarding Explan, as of June 30, 2025, revenues amounted to €559.440, down 9% compared to the same period of the previous year. Revenues were almost evenly split between the sale of the two proprietary solutions, Plangei and Plancom — together with related project services — and the business linked to IT services and support.
Explan's revenues are generated entirely in the Italian market.
