Today, the Supervisory Board of OMV Aktiengesellschaft (OMV) appointed Emma Delaney as the new Chairwoman of the Executive Board and CEO of OMV. Emma Delaney has accepted the appointment. She will assume the position with effect from September 1, 2026 for a three-year period with an extension possibility for further two years subject to mutual consent.
