Dr. Hönle AG: Dr. Markus Arendt to leave Management Board of Hoenle AG

Hoenle AG today announced that, effective at the close of September 14, 2025, Dr. Markus Arendt will be removed from the Company´s Management Board following a decision by the Supervisory Board. In connection with this transition, the Supervisory Board has delegated its current Chairman, Dr. Franz Richter, to the Management Board effective October 1, 2025. During his service on the Management Board, Dr. Richter´s Supervisory Board mandate will be suspended.

The change follows differing views regarding the Group´s strategic direction and areas of focus. Delivering the Company´s planned growth while executing the measures already initiated to enhance profitability remain central priorities. The Supervisory Board thanks Dr. Arendt for his service and wishes him all the best for the future.
