in respect of its Compartment 1 (the Issuer)

We refer to the terms and conditions in respect of the Notes (the Conditions). Capitalised terms used in this notice but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Conditions.

Material Developments Regarding the Notes

The Issuer hereby discloses inside information concerning the Notes. Current market and project-specific developments are materially affecting the liquidity and valuation of several Reference Debt Security Components.

Key contributing factors include:

• Limited liquidity due to a challenging fundraising environment and constrained follow-on financing capacity;
• Macroeconomic headwinds, including higher interest rates and falling electricity prices, which are exerting downward pressure on valuations;
• Delays in permitting and increased project costs in specific regions.

Based on current information, the Issuer expects that certain Reference Debt Security Components will need to be impaired, which is anticipated to result in an impact of approximately -8.6% on the actual net asset value of the Notes.

As a precautionary measure, trading in the Notes has been temporarily suspended.

This disclosure is made in accordance with the Issuer's obligations under Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR).
