In light of the application for delisting from the Vienna MTF in connection with the planned merger with ReGuest S.p.A. (see the ad hoc announcement of Zeppelin Hotel Tech S.p.A. dated 25 September 2026), Zeppelin Hotel Tech S.p.A. ("ZHT", ISIN: IT0005667032) announces that it will not publish the voluntary half-year report 2026 that was scheduled in its financial calendar for 30-09-2026
