The Board of Directors of Zeppelin Hotel Tech S.p.A. has resolved on 28 April 2026 to amend the corporate calendar for the financial year 2026. The Annual General Meeting, previously scheduled for 30 April 2026, will now be held on 29 May 2026. All related dividend dates have been adjusted accordingly.
