Changes to the Management Board

The Supervisory Board of bet-at-home.com AG (the "Company") has today appointed Mr Mag. Stefan Sulzbacher as a member and Chairman of the Management Board of the Company. Mr Sulzbacher holds a degree in Business Administration from Johannes Kepler University Linz. He has extensive experience in corporate management in the betting and gambling industry, in particular as a management board member of the Interwetten Group. He also serves as Chairman of the German Association for Telecommunications and Media (Deutscher Verband für Telekommunikation und Medien e.V. – DVTM), one of three associations representing the interests of the gambling industry in Germany. The previous sole member of the Management Board, Mr Claus Retschitzegger, who was appointed for a fixed one-year term, is leaving the Management Board upon the scheduled expiry of his term. Mr Retschitzegger has been with the bet-at-home.com Group since 2007 and, prior to his Management Board appointment, had served as Director Legal, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications of the bet-at-home.com Group. Mr Retschitzegger will remain a member of the Group's leadership team.
