bet-at-home.com AG resolves to expand its online casino offering under the new brand "Casinoro"
The management board of bet-at-home.com AG (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") today resolved to expand the online casino offering of bet-at-home.com AG Group, which was previously regionally limited to the German market, into additional European countries. The offering is provided by the Company's Maltese subsidiary bet-at-home.com Europe Ltd. under the new brand "Casinoro" through a separate website, which is not integrated into the existing service offering provided under the "bet-at-home" brand. Customers wishing to use "Casinoro" must therefore register separately with bet-at-home.com Europe Ltd. The offering of "Casinoro" is provided under a Maltese licence in countries where, based on the current assessment, this is permitted under applicable law. In Germany, "Casinoro" is not available; the online casino offering will continue to be provided through the existing platform on the basis of the national licence. For regulatory reasons, "Casinoro" is currently not offered in Austria.
By expanding its offering through "Casinoro", the Group pursues its previously communicated goal of reducing its dependency on the sports betting segment, as set out in the annual report for FY 2025. "Casinoro" is expected to go live soon. The published revenue and earnings forecast for the current financial year remains unaffected by the launch of "Casinoro"'.
