bet-at-home.com AG: Changes to the Supervisory Board

Düsseldorf, 15 April 2026. The Local Court (Amtsgericht) of Düsseldorf has, upon application by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board pursuant to Section 104(1) of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), appointed Mr Mag. Michael Buchner and Mr Mag. Wolfgang Reisinger as new members of the Supervisory Board of bet-at-home.com AG (hereinafter the "Company"). The court order was received by the Company on 15 April 2026. The appointments are limited until the conclusion of the Company's next ordinary General Meeting, scheduled for 29 May 2026. Both shall also be proposed for election to the Supervisory Board at that General Meeting.

Mr Buchner is HR Manager at JOB.ON Personaldienste GmbH, Linz, Austria. He holds a degree in business administration from Johannes Kepler University Linz and has several years of professional experience in the sports industry.

Mr Reisinger has been Managing Director (COO/CFO) of Tractive GmbH, Pasching, Austria, since 2014 and previously served as Audit Assistant Manager at KPMG Austria. He has expertise in accounting and auditing within the meaning of Section 100(5) AktG as well as extensive experience with digital business models.

The court appointments were made following the resignations of Dr Raffaela Zillner, LL.M., and Mr Dominik Beier from the Supervisory Board of the Company. The Company thanks Dr Zillner and Mr Beier for their contributions. Mr Martin Arendts continues to serve as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
