Ludwigsfelde, 9th March 2026 - The Management Board of Planethic Group AG (formerly Veganz Group AG) ('Company' or 'Planethic') (ISIN: DE000A3E5ED2 / symbol: VEZ) announces that its wholly-owned Mililk subsidiary in the US, which is currently being established, has today finalized a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) financing agreement with an established North American food tech investor. The parties have agreed to keep the terms of the agreement confidential.

The proceeds will be used for the construction of a Mililk® production facility in Chicago, USA, with a planned annual capacity of 100 million liters, covering all initial investments, start-up costs, and early-stage losses. US beverage manufacturer Jindilli Beverages has contractually committed to purchasing at least 60 million liters during the first two years. The new production facility is expected to commence operations in the summer of 2026.

Mililk® has partnered with Vitiprints to develop a patented technology platform for food products (US Patent No. 12,433,302) that transforms liquid foods - such as plant-based milk alternatives, juices, and sauces - into thin, long-life sheet formats that do not require refrigeration.

In the opinion of Planethic's management, this financing marks a significant step toward the internationalization of Mililk® technology and entry into the North American market, with the potential to enhance the enterprise value of Planethic Group in the long term.
