Planethic Group AG: Supervisory Board Revokes Anja Brachmüller's Appointment as Board Member and Terminates Her Contract for Cause

Ludwigsfelde, Germany, August 31, 2026 - The Supervisory Board of Planethic Group AG (formerly Veganz Group AG) (the "Company" or "Planethic") (ISIN: DE000A3E5ED2 / WKN: A3E5ED / ticker symbol: VEZ) resolved on August 25, 2026 to revoke the appointment of Ms. Anja Brachmüller as a member of the Company's Management Board for cause pursuant to Section 84 (4) of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) with immediate effect.

In the same meeting, the Supervisory Board further resolved to terminate the management service agreement dated December 11, 2019 between the Company and Ms. Brachmüller for cause and with immediate effect pursuant to Section 626 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and, in the alternative, by ordinary termination pursuant to Section 113 of the German Insolvency Code (InsO) as of the earliest permissible date. The corresponding declarations were served on Ms. Brachmüller on August 31, 2026.

With due regard to the personal rights of the individuals concerned and in view of potential legal proceedings, the Company will not provide any further information on the reasons for these measures.

The Management Board of the Company therefore consists of Mr. Sascha Voigt, Chief Executive Officer, as its sole member. No successor will be appointed. The self-administration proceedings (Eigenverwaltung) initiated by the petition dated June 25, 2026 remain unaffected.
