BigRep SE postpones publication of the annual financial report for the 2024 financial year

Luxembourg/Berlin, April 24, 2025 - BigRep SE ("Company") informs that the publication of the annual financial report including the audited and certified annual and consolidated financial statements for the 2024 financial year will be postponed beyond April 30, 2025. The simultaneous implementation of the IPO through the merger with a listed shell company (Special Purpose Acquisition Company, SPAC) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the acquisition of the HAGE3D GmbH have led to a significant increase in the complexity of financial reporting. The associated additional efforts in preparing the annual and consolidated financial statements require later publication. The Company will announce a new publication date as soon as a reliable date can be set.
