NOTICE FROM THE ISSUER TO NOTEHOLDERS

Relating to Latam Hospitality FlexETP Loan (Series 96) Notes due 2022

ISIN: XS1539826518 COMMON CODE: 153982651

(the "Notes" or the "Series" and the holders thereof the "Noteholders")

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this notice shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Series Memorandum in relation to the Notes dated 29 December 2016.

RESIGNATION OF PORTFOLIO MANAGER

This notice serves to inform Noteholders that BiscayneAmericas Advisors, LLC ("BAA") has formally declared the resignation of its role as Portfolio Manager on 7th November 2023.

In accordance with Clause 17.2 of the Portfolio Management Agreement, as accepted by the Portfolio Manager on 29th December 2016, this resignation shall take effect on the 90th calendar day after the date on which such notice is received, on 5th February 2024.

PROPOSED ACTION
