SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES: The Annual General Meeting for the years 2020 and 2021 will take place on July 19, 2023.

Virtual Annual General Meeting without physical presence

Kahl am Main, June 7, 2023 - SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will hold the Annual General Meeting for the years 2020 and 2021 as a virtual AGM without physical presence of the shareholders. The invitation for the Annual General Meeting will be available on the company's website at https://www.singulus.com/shareholder-meeting/as of June 7, 2023.

Participation in the Annual General Meeting is possible after proper registration under the link https://www.singulus.com/de/hauptversammlung/ in the HV portal.

SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will ensure that

1. the entire Annual General Meeting, in particular the voting, is transmitted in video and audio,

2. exercise of shareholders' voting rights via electronic communication (electronic participation via the AGM portal) as well as the granting of proxies are possible,

3. shareholders are given the opportunity to exercise their right to speak and ask questions by means of electronic communication, and

4. shareholders who have exercised their voting rights are given the opportunity to object to a resolution of the Annual General Meeting.

SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will provide an "HV Portal" for all shareholders and investors on its website, which will contain the important information and will be updated accordingly as required. The entire Annual General Meeting will be broadcast on this portal.

In the interest of better response quality and increased transparency, the Executive Board has made use of the option that questions must be submitted by electronic communication via the AGM portal no later than three days prior to the AGM. Questions duly submitted will be answered by the Company up to one day before the Annual General Meeting. The questions and the associated answers will be available at https://www.singulus.com/shareholder-meeting/ from this date at the latest and throughout the Annual General Meeting.

In the virtual General Stockholders' Meeting, follow-up questions to the answered questions and questions on matters that have only arisen after the deadline for exercising the right to ask questions prior to the virtual General Stockholders' Meeting may be submitted.
