Fileni Alimentare S.p.A.: fileni alimentare spa announces the successful issuance of 10 million euro in principal amount of notes

Jesi (Ancona - Italy), 16 November 2022 - Fileni Alimentare S.p.A. announces that on 14 November 2022 it has successfully issued unsecured and non-convertible notes for an aggregate principal amount of 10 million Euro and with a maturity of 5 years, entirely subscribed by Muzinich & Co. and issued in exemption from the rules on public offering under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.

The notes mature in October 2027 and provide for a fixed rate coupon. The capital raised will support new investments that pursue the company's goal towards the protection of the environment, in accordance with Fileni's mission of "Defending the Future".

In this transaction, UniCredit acted as placement agent, Simmons&Simmons acted as legal counsel while Banca Finint operates as calculation agent, account bank e paying agent.
