Jesi (Ancona - Italy), 18 October 2022 - Fileni Alimentare S.p.A., (the "Issuer") has convened a Noteholders' Meeting relating to the notes issued by the Issuer named "€20,000,000 3.500 per cent. Fixed Rate Amortising Notes due 8 August 2026 (ISIN Code: XS2038924622)" (the "Notes"), to be held on first call on 3 November 2022 at 12:00 (CET) and, in case of want of quorum, on second call on 4 November 2022 at 10:00 (CET), in each case at Località Cerrete Collicelli, 8, 62011 - Cingoli (MC) (Italy), for the purpose of considering the following matters:

1. Amend certain provisions of the terms and conditions of the Notes;
2. grant certain waivers of breaches of the terms and conditions of the Notes relating, inter alia, to (i) the limitation on indebtedness and (ii) the negative pledge;
3. subsequent and related resolutions.

The notice of the Noteholders' Meeting has been distributed to the noteholders through the systems of Euroclear Bank SA/NV and Clearstream Banking S.A., is available at the registered office of the Issuer and the offices of the Fiscal Agent and Paying Agent (Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch), and will also be provided by the Issuer upon request. In addition, an extract of the Italian translation of the notice has been published today in the Official Journal of the Republic of Italy (Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana).
