Meissen (pta002/05.08.2022/06:00) - The Meissen-based housing company B-A-L Germany AG (ISIN A2NBN9) presented its audited figures for the 2021 financial year on 3 August.
In a year-on-year comparison, turnover increased to EUR 295 thousand (previous year: EUR 262 thousand / +13%) without significant acquisitions. Adjusted for the costs associated with going public, the operating result (EBIT) increased by EUR 16 thousand to EUR 108 thousand (previous year EUR 92 thousand). The managed portfolio remained unchanged at 81 units with a total rental area of 3,749 square metres. The balance sheet total remained almost unchanged at EUR 2,644 thousand (previous year EUR 2,615 thousand).
During the financial year, the focus has been on the completion of all ongoing refurbishment measures and the reduction of vacancies. The managing director of B-A-L Germany AG, Falko Zschunke, is satisfied with the progress of both measures. Without further acquisitions, turnover and profit were significantly increased, which underlines the success of the measures taken. For the year 2022, B-A-L- Germany AG is prepared for further growth through acquisitions. In line with the capital market environment, borrowing to finance growth is also conceivable. The debt ratio is currently 15.4%.
