B-A-L Germany AG: Share issue fully placed and oversubscribed

B-A-L Germany AG (WKN: A1614B, ISIN: DE000A1614B2) announces that the capital increase from authorised capital, resolved in June 2026, has been successfully placed.
As part of the capital increase, 1,000,000 new bearer shares were fully placed. Due to demand exceeding the available share volume, the capital increase was oversubscribed.
The new shares were offered at a subscription price of EUR 1.05 per share. This will generate gross issue proceeds of EUR 1,050,000.00 for the company.
The completion of the capital increase is still subject to its entry in the Commercial Register. Upon registration, the share capital of B-A-L Germany AG will increase to EUR 3,000,000.00 and will be divided into a total of 3,000,000 no-par value bearer shares.
In line with the corporate strategy communicated in June 2026, the net proceeds from the issue are to be used, in particular, for the selective acquisition of further residential properties in the Free State of Saxony, as well as for the further expansion and management of the property portfolio.
B-A-L Germany AG will issue a separate announcement regarding the entry of the capital increase in the Commercial Register.
