Appointment of Joint Administrators

Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company on 9 June 2022 that it had filed a notice of intention to appoint Geoff Rowley and Paul Allen of FRP Advisory Services as joint administrators of the Company (the "Administrators") with the Court on 6 June 2022.

The Company gives notice that the Administrators were appointed to the Company on 15 June 2022.

Notwithstanding an administration of the Company, Just Cash Flow PLC as the main group trading entity continues to operate and is continuing to engage in constructive discussions with stakeholders for the required financial restructuring of the wider group.The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
