Due to the international orientation of Talenthouse AG's business, the Board of Directors of Talenthouse AG has decided to mandate PwC as the new auditors and to submit this election proposal to the shareholders on the occasion of an Extraordinary General Meeting, which will take place on 8 July 2022.
