Kahl am Main, May 17, 2022 – The company announces that the publication of the annual financial report for the 2020 financial year of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG has been postponed to May 30, 2022. The report will be made available for download on the company's website at https://www.singulus.de/financial-reports/, in addition to being available in the company register. The prerequisite for the publication of the annual financial report for the 2020 financial year at this point in time is still the timely issue of the attestation.
