Kahl am Main, 12 April 2021 - The voting carried out from Wednesday, April 7th, 2021, at midnight (CEST) to Friday, April 9th, 2021, at midnight (CEST) in accordance with § 18 and §§ 5 ff. SchVG without meeting concerning the EUR 12,000,000.00 bearer bonds, ISIN DE000A2AA5H5 / WKN A2AA5H (the "bonds") did not have a quorum because the required quorum of 50% of the outstanding bonds (Section 15 (3) sentence 1 SchVG) was not reached.

The board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG and the notary Dr. Olaf Gerber, head of voting in Frankfurt am Main, will therefore shortly invite all bondholders to a second creditors' meeting.

The invitation will be published in the Federal Gazette and on the homepage www.singulus.de under the heading "Credit Relations".
