TC Unterhaltungselektronik AG: Update on the termination of the business relationship by the main customer

In the course of the renegotiations with the main customer regarding the termination of the business relationship without notice, received on December 29, 2020, we have been able to agree on a conversion of the termination without notice into a termination effective March 31, 2021, with the handover of the project to take place step by step, starting January 11, 2021.
From today's perspective, this ensures TCU's liquidity until the end of March 2021.
The company will use the time gained to acquire new customers.
